How to connect your UPS account to your Deftship

You can now see the best deals and discounts from your UPS account to your Deftship account by integration.

Steps to connect your UPS account to your Deftship

1. Log in to your Deftship account.

2. On the left sidebar, scroll down to Integrations.

3. Click on Carrier.

4. Click on Connect under the Carrier name (UPS).

5. Fill in the details:

Alias - Nickname for your account
User ID - UPS User ID
Password - UPS password
Access Key - UPS Access Key is used for setting up your UPS freight agreement.
Shipper Number - Shipper account number
Tick/not: Include GFP - UPS Ground with Freight Pricing (GFP)

6. Click on the Save button.

Get your UPS Access Key

Here's how you can retrieve a UPS Access Key, that is used for setting up your UPS freight agreement.

1. Login or create an account on the UPS website.

2. Go to Home > Help Centre > Technology Support > Tools and Resources tab > Developer Resource Centre > Access the UPS Developer Kit.

3. Under Step 4, click on the Request an access key.

4. Fill out the secondary contact information.

5. Add your UPS agreement. It's the customer number that you already have.

6. Click on Request Access Key.

7. An e-mail that contains your access information will be sent to you.

Where to find the Shipper Number?

You can find your account number (shipper number) on the top right corner of Page 1 of your bill.
