Adult Signature Required is a service that ensures that the recipient of the mail items is at least 21 years of age or above. The recipient or a resident of the recipient’s address is required to show a form of photo identification to the delivery employee for age confirmation. This ensures that the sender of the mailpiece did not give the item to an underage person.

Signature Required is initiated by the Sender and authorizes requiring the addressee's signature for delivery of the item.

No Signature is initialed by the Sender and does not require an addressee's signature for delivery of the item.

NOTE: If the signature is not required, any insurance claims for loss of the package is void if the item's status/scan is "Delivered" in Tracking Service. (However, a claim may be filed for damaged or missing contents or for service failures)

Signature Confirmation is an added service at a cost and must be selected during the label creation flow. It cannot be added after the label is purchased.
