Cancellation Fee

When you cancel a shipment, you will not be charged a fee if your order was not assigned to a driver yet. The only time the cancellation fee will apply is if the driver was assigned and on their way to pick up your shipment.

For direct shipments, the cancellation fee starts at $75. The cancellation fee varies as different carriers holds their own charging standard.
