Deftship Shipment ID

A Deftship Shipment ID or also called Order ID is uniquely assigned to each shipment facilitated by Deftship. It is nine (9) to ten (10) digit numbers. This ID serves as the primary method for tracking and identifying our shipments throughout the transportation process.

Please ensure you have this number available when reaching out to us regarding your shipment. You can find it on both the tracking and billing pages of our website. Additionally, it is printed on your Bill of Lading (BOL) and included in the confirmation email you receive after booking each shipment.
