A delivery order (D.O.) is a document containing details about the individual responsible for picking up and delivering a shipment at a warehouse or business location, along with specific information regarding the freight contents.

Is a Delivery Order Necessary?

Generally, a bill of lading (BOL) issued by us is sufficient, and a delivery order is only necessary if explicitly requested by the pickup or delivery location.
