To help you quickly create or update an origin address and save time, you may enter the address directly in the system settings.
When creating a new shipment, you also have the option to add multiple origin addresses at the same time and verify that the address details are correct before proceeding.
Below are the steps to add a new address in Web & Mobile. You may choose whichever method is most convenient for adding the origin address.
Additionally, please make sure to enter your active email address so we can stay connected and provide you with important updates.

Add Ship From Addresses when creating a new order
3. On the side of Shipping From, click on '+ '
4. Fill in all the details. We encourage you to always validate the address to make sure it's correct by clicking on Validate button.

- Company or Name* - You can put the company name in general or Your name
- Attention - To whom the package can be received from
- Address 1-3* - To provide a complete address.
- Country* - To provide a complete address.
- City* - To provide a complete address.
- State* - To provide a complete address.
- Telephone* - For us, to get a hold of you. We encourage putting a phone number that is easily accessible to you.
- Email Address - You can now add your Email address to have a contact reference for the order.
NOTE: You can also set this newly added address as the Default 'Ship From' Address.
5. Lastly, click on Submit button.
6. Then enter the delivery address and fill in the cargo information to get a quotation. You can refer to the article about creating a new shipment order by clicking here. You can add multiple 'From Addresses' by downloading the file to import the details altogether.
- On the bottom left, click on the arrow up next to your name and click on Settings.
- Click on From addresses.
- . On the top right-hand corner, click on Batch Import.
4. . Download by click on the option button below.
5. You should be seeing an excel file as below. Kindly supply all the information required.
6. Drag and drop the file. Then, click on Submit.
You can now batch delete 'Ship From' addresses especially for those obsolete addresses.
1. On the lower-left corner, click on the arrow down to see the options and click on Settings.
2. Click on From Addresses
3. Select the details you need to delete and click on the Delete button.
4. Click on Confirm to apply the changes

If you cannot confirm whether the address is correct when you fill in the address, you can first check it in the system to determine whether the address is wrong, and you can check it according to the following operation methods

Steps on adding Ship 'From Address' using your mobile
1. Log in to your Deftship app account.
2. On the Shipment tab, tap on Shipment from and it will direct you to the form.
3. Fill in all the details. We encourage you to always validate the address to make sure it's correct by clicking on Validate button.

4. Tap on Submit button to complete the process.
You can also add the 'Shipping From' address from the Account Settings. Just tap on (+) and you will be directed with the same steps to proceed as described above.
