How to connect your DHE account to your Deftship

You can now see the best deals and discounts from your DHE account to your Deftship account by integration.

What do I need to prepare?

You'll need your Dependable "Customer Code" during this setup, so have that number handy. The Customer Code is your account number. If you do not know this number, please call Dependable Customer Service at (800) 548.8608 x4950, or inquire by email at DHECustomerservice@godependable.com.

Steps to connect your DHE account to your Deftship

1. Log in to your Deftship account.

2. On the left sidebar, scroll down to Integrations.

3. Click on Carrier.





4. Click on Connect under the Carrier name (DHE).

5. Fill in the details:
  • Alias - Nickname for your account
  • Customer Code- Your Customer Code (typically account number)
  • Billing Details - Especially required if you have Third Party Billing Details


6. Click on the Save button.
