How to convert your Order Type
You may be looking for a way to convert your existing order that was originally set as a Parcel order into a Freight Order or vice versa.
Instead of going through all the hassle of deleting/canceling an order and creating a new one again for the same shipment, you can simply convert it.
This guide will show you how to convert your existing order to your desired shipment type. Here are the two (2) ways to convert an order.
How to convert your Parcel order into Freight Order
1. Log in to your Deftship account.
2. On the left-sidebar, click on Open Orders.
3. Select the order you wish to convert, for easier reference. On the Type column, you can identify if that shipment is currently a Parcel or Freight order based on the icon below:
4. A message will show to confirm if you really wish to convert the shipment type.
If converting from Parcel orders to Freight orders.
If converting from Freight orders to Parcel orders.
5. Click on the Convert button to proceed with the action.
