How to download Remote Areas Forms (UPS and FedEx)
How to download the UPS remote area form:
1. Log in to the UPS website:
Copy the link/URL below and paste it to the browser, or press CTRL+ Click to follow the link.
2. To download the file
Scroll down and find "Find What You Need, Fast", click on "Delivery and remote area surcharge listing" and it will automatically download the file.

3. Introduction to Forms for Remote Areas
The first tab (US 48 Zip) is a list of remote areas and the second tab (US 48 Zip DAS Extended) is an extended list of remote areas. To find out if it is a remote area, you can search it from the first and second tabs.
Here are the steps:
a. Select any blank cells to find throughout the entire document.
b. Press ‘CTRL + F’.
c. You need to type in the Zip code or paste it into the search box.
For example, type in ‘65757’ on the search box.
4. If the Zip code is not available on the first tab, please go to the second tab (US 48 Zip DAS Extended) and the same steps in searching for the ZIP code.
5. If the Zip code is not available on either the first or second tab, It could belong to a normal dispatch area.
How to download the FedEx remote area form:
a. Log in to FedEx's official website and click FedEx Service Guide
b. Pull down to find "Shipping Rates and surcharges" and click "all shipping rate changes" again
C. In the interface after the jump, pull down, find "Delivery Area Surcharge ZIP code changes PDF." and click to download the corresponding remote address form
