How to Integrate Your Walmart online store with Deftship

We are happy to inform you that you may have a Walmart online store integrated into your Deftship to easily manage the fulfillment and shipping process. You will need to be registered at Walmart first. Follow to get the Client ID and Client Secret.
If you don't have a Walmart Seller account yet, you would need to be registered first. Click HERE to register.
How to Connect your Walmart Store to your Deftship
Now, that you successfully registered to Walmart and get your Client ID and Secret. You will now be able to add the details to your Deftship. Below are the steps to connect your Walmart store to your Deftship customer.
1. Log in to your Deftship account.
2. On the left sidebar, look for Integrations at the bottom and find Store. Then, Click on Connect New Store.
3. Click on Walmart.
4. Put in your Walmart account details: Name, Client ID, and Client Secret.
You have an option to enable Ship with Walmart. See more details below.
What is Ship with Walmart feature?
By ticking on "Ship With Walmart" allows generating labels using the shippers designated by Walmart.
How to get the Client ID and Secret?
1. Go to Walmart API Key Management Page
2. Click on + Add New Key for Solution Provider
3. Search and Select Deftship.
4. Give us Full Access to Order Management and Fulfilment.
5. Then, copy the Client ID and Client Secret.
Can I cancel Walmart Orders in Deftship?
Yes, Walmart supports cancellation through API. Therefore, if you cancel an order in DeftShip, the system will automatically cancel all lines of the order on Walmart.
What do I do if I a Shipment Failed error message?
Shipment Failed: You have yet to electronically sign the Terms and Conditions of the Ship With Walmart program and/or our new interface.

TAKE NOTE: This is a one-time action, it means that you no longer need to do this for your future orders.
To resolve this, here are the steps:
1. Please login to your Walmart Seller Center with your Walmart Seller Account
2. Go to the Open Order page to fulfill the order which will trigger this agreement.
3. Tick on "I have read and agree to the Ship with Walmart - Terms of Service"
⚠️ Remember: You will needs to accept an agreement for each carrier in order to Ship with Walmart.
4. Click on Accept and Submit.
