How to pass account verification



1. Click Needs verification in the upper left hand corner.





2. A pop-up window will show as below. You have an option to go to Self-verification with Plaid by clicking Start or Manual verification where our Administrator will verify your details.

  For Manual verification, fill out the required details such as:
  1. Country: (China, US or Hong Kong)
  2. Legal Name
  3. Organisation Name
  4. ID Number
  5. Telephone
  6. Address
  7. Upload the supporting documents, any of the following:
