How to Sign-up on Deftship

You can sign up by filling up the form as below or sign up using your Social Media account.



Benefits of Signing Up with your Social Media Account.

You can now sign up for the Deftship system with your existing social media accounts such as Facebook, Apple ID, or Google account. Signup for Free. 

  • Sign-in with Apple ID provides a superior, one-tap experience for starting an account, superior security with two-factor authentication, and includes a new tool to help fight fraud and scripted account creation. 
  • Sign In With Google helps you to quickly and easily manage user authentication and sign in to your website. Users sign into a Google Account, provide their consent and securely share their profile information with your platform.
  • Sign In with Facebook can seem like a great idea because you can skip the whole process of creating another password. 


There are two ways, you can sign up to Deftship using your social media account. You can either sign up using your Desktop or sign up through your mobile phone which is readily available anytime and anywhere. Signing Up with your mobile phone will be faster and more convenient.

A. Steps to sign up using your Desktop

1. Go to Deftship Website. 



3. It will show a pop-up form, fill out your details or you can continue with one of your social media accounts.
  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Organisation Name
  4. Email Address
  5. Password
  6. Invitation Code



4. Once the sign-up is successful, a message will show as below to advise you in verifying the email address. You can then Sign in easier based on your chosen method.

5. Login by clicking on the Sign in button or Login with your credentials or continue with your registered social media account when you signed up.

How to get Started?

As soon as you sign in to your newly registered account, you will be directed to our onboarding window to guide and assist you in creating your first shipment order with us.

B. Steps to sign up using your Phone

1. Open Google Play Store or Apple App Store and search for Deftship by Sictec Infotech Inc.

2. Install the Deftship App.



3. Sign Up with your Social Media Account.



4. Once the sign-up is successful, you can then Sign in easier based on your chosen method.

5. Login by clicking on the Sign in button.



FAQs

How to Update Your Email Address

1. Login to your Deftship account
2. On the bottom left-hand corner, you can see your name and an arrow down button. Click on the arrow and go to Settings.

3. On Profile, you can click on the 'Update Email' which will show a pop-up field to enter your email.

4. Enter you updated email address and click on Update.


I used a dummy email address when I signed up, How can I update my email address?

Since you used a dummy email, you won’t be able to receive a password reset link even if you request one. Your email address must be updated first.

Note: This also applies if you try logging in from a different device. The system will prompt for two-factor verification, but since the registered email is invalid, the address needs to be updated before you can proceed.

To update your email address, please contact support@deftship.com. Our team will verify your account by asking for any of the following details:

  • Complete registered name

  • Registered email address

  • Company name (if applicable)

  • Last 4 digits of the registered card or at least one recent order ID

Once verified, our support team will update your email address. After that, you can try to login or you can do a password reset and follow the steps sent to your new email.
