How to use a Credit Card as a Payment Method and set Auto-TopUp
You can enroll your credit card as one of the payment options and set auto-top-up to have one less worry for you.
Auto-top-up is encouraged to let our system automatically take payment on your enrolled card and set the amount to be taken.
On the other hand, you can always process Top-Up manually for your desired amount.
How to Update the Card details
1. Click on Deposit in the top left-hand corner. Click on the 'Online Payment' tab.
If not yet added, you can click on add a new Credit Card.
If already added, you can update the information as below.
2. Under Payment methods, click on 'Change Card' if you need to update/change card information.
3. Then, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
How to set the Auto-TopUp
Automatic payment/Auto-TopUp can be set with the minimum, threshold, and amount to take. The payment will be taken from your enrolled credit card.
1. Click on Deposit. Click on the 'Online Payment' tab.
3. Scroll down to the Auto-TopUp portion.
- First, toggle on the switch to enable Auto-TopUp.
- Then, set the Minimum Threshold and Amount.
- Lastly, click on the Save button.
