How to void a shipment order

We understand that there are some cases where the shipment needs to be canceled and the label should be voided. This guide will show you how you can void the label in the Deftship system. 

Voiding Label Guide

The time limit is until when the label can be voided. You can check out the link below to get to the carrier's page to know more about the void process.

Unused labels after 30 days will be returned to the postal account and cannot be used.

NOTE: Once your shipping order is successfully voided, the credit will be refunded to your account.

Here are the steps in voiding shipment order/s through Web

To void a single Shipment Order (Web)

  1. Go to Shipment Orders
  2. Search the order number through the Search Bar.








3. On the top right-hand corner, click on 'Void' from the drop-down option.



You can edit your voided order when needed. Click here.

To void Multiple Shipment Orders (Web)

  1. Go to Shipment Orders
  2. Select the order numbers you need to void.
  3. Then, click on the Void button.

    4. You can also filter the date and use the conditions in the filter, you can refer to the following figure to cancel the waybill.

Here are the steps in voiding shipment order/s through Deftship App

To void a single Shipment Order (App)

1. Log in to your Deftship account
2. Tap on the Order tab - Shipments tab, and tap on the order that needs to be voided.
3. Then, tap Void to cancel the order.





To void multiple Shipment Orders (App)

1. Log in to your Deftship account
2. Tap on the Order tab - Shipments tab, and select all order numbers that need to be voided.
3. Then, tap Void to cancel the order.
