How to Withdraw Account Balance

You can also take money out of your account if you don't need to use Deftship at the moment. You just need to fulfill the subsequent requirements in order to proceed with the cash withdrawal process.

1. Submit a Withdraw Request by emailing support@deftship.com

2. You need to provide the corresponding receiving bank information, as shown below. (Skip this step if you are depositing with a credit card or wallet)

1. You must have an account that can receive US dollars and that you are responsible for paying the handling fee.

2. We will only refund to the same account you used to send fund to us.

3. After the financial transfer is completed, a transfer slip will be provided. You can pay attention to the corresponding ticket reply and check whether the corresponding bank card has received the withdrawn amount.
