A FedEx Hub ID is a numeric code that identifies the nearest FedEx hub location associated with your shipments. This ID is used for rate quoting and logistics purposes, ensuring accurate pricing and delivery estimates based on your closest FedEx hub.
When entering your Hub ID, use the numeric code. For example, if the hub is "ATGA, Atlanta" the Hub ID would be "5303."
Your FedEx SmartPost Hub ID is a numeric code that corresponds to the nearest FedEx SmartPost processing hub. Deftship requires this Hub ID to be entered in your credentials to generate labels for FedEx SmartPost shipments.
Note:
FedEx SmartPost is now called FedEx Ground Economy.
