How to Set Default Return Address
As you create your shipment order, you can also indicate the return address in case the shipment address is undeliverable or the receiver reject the package.
Then, if the package is returned, it will be shipped back to the shipper by default.

How to Set Sender as Default Return Address
1. Log in to Deftship Account
3. On Default Return Address
A. If the sender address is already added on 'From Address', you can click on the drop-down option and select address.
B. If the return address isn't added yet as the sender's address or is an exclusive return/warehouse address. You can new address.
4. Click on Submit button.
How to update the Return Address in a Shipment order
1. Log in to Deftship Account
2. Click on New Shipment
3. Click on Edit
4. Click on the drop-down option to select from the existing 'Ship-From Addresses'
How to Change Sender as Default Return Address
A. Reset - will remove the existing returned address
B. Edit - will let you modify the information of the existing returned address.
4. Click on Submit button.
