How to Set Default Return Address
As you create your shipment order, you can also indicate the return address in case the shipment address is undeliverable or the receiver reject the package.
Then, if the package is returned, it will be shipped back to the shipper by default.
Now, if the package is returned, it will be shipped back to your designated address.

How to Set Sender as Default Return Address
1. Log in to Deftship Account
2.On the lower-left corner where you can see the register name, click on the Down-arrow. Click on Settings > Preferences > System
3. On Default Return Address
A. If the sender address was already added on 'From Address', you can click on the drop-down option and select address.
B. If the return address isn't added yet as the sender's address or is an exclusive return/warehouse address. You can add new ship-from address. Then, select it as return address.
4. Lastly, click on Submit button.
How to update the Return Address in a Shipment order
1. Log in to Deftship Account
2. Click on New Shipment
3. Select the Return Address that you wish to set it to. Find the address from the drop-down selection.
4. To modify, you will need to update it from the 'From Addresses' or if the origin and return address are the same, you can directly modify by clicking the edit button.
You can validate and set it as your default address. Then, Submit to save the changes.
5. Just re-select it on Return Address field to make sure that details are updated.
