How to Top-Up on your Deftship account

There are three ways in adding credit to your account. You can top-up from your Desktop or Deftship mobile app.

  • Bank Transfer
  • Credit card
  • Alipay

Top-Up using Deftship Website


Steps to Top-Up via Bank Transfer on Web

1. Click on Deposit in the top right-hand corner. Click on Bank Transfer.
2. On the “Bank Transfer” tab, fill in the details and select the currency and the Deposit amount.



3. After completing the bank transfer, kindly attach the proof of payment.
NOTE: Payment will be posted within 48 hours of the processing time.



4. Then, click on the 'Submit' button.


Steps to Top-Up via Credit Card on Web

You may also want to consider enrolling your credit card for Top-Up credit and set an Auto-TopUp.  You can check our guide on how to enroll your card details and enable the Auto-top-up option on your account by clicking on this link.

Type of Cards accepted are:
  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • American Express
  • Discover
For Third Party/Mobile Payment:
  • Alipay

1. Click on Deposit in the top right-hand corner. Click on the 'Credit card'.

2. Under Top-Up Credit, choose the card type whether, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or Alipay.

3.  Put in the Deposit Amount, pay attention to the Charge Amount, which will be the amount that will be applied to your transaction.
NOTE: A fee will be applied to your online payment and may vary.



4. Click on Submit button.


Steps to Top-Up via Third-Party Payment on Web

1. Click on Deposit in the top right-hand corner. Click on the 'Online Payment' tab.

2. Select Alipay, enter the recharge amount, and click Submit
NOTE: The actual payment amount does not match the recharge amount. There will be a handling fee for using Alipay to recharge, and the handling fee may vary due to different daily exchange rates. 

3. The page will jump to the QR code, and then use Alipay to scan the code to pay.

Top-Up using Deftship App

Steps to Top-Up via Bank Transfer though app

1. You can either go to the Shipment or Freight tab and click on the wallet icon on the top. 


2. You will get an option, Bank Transfer or Online Payment. Tap on the Bank Transfer.


3. Once Bank Transfer is selected, the payment details are auto-populated. 


4. Select the currency type and fill in the amount paid. Attach the proof of payment and tap on Submit button.



Steps to Top-Up via Online/Third-Party Payment through App

1. You can either go to the Shipment or Freight tab and click on the wallet icon on the top. 


2. You will get an option, Bank Transfer or Online Payment. Tap on the Online Payment.

3. Enter the amount you need to recharge, and the page will jump to the handling fee and other information
4. You need to bind your credit card information at the bottom of the page. After you enter the information on the page, click Submit button.


If you do not have an international credit card, you can also register a credit or debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo on the card.
