Proof of Delivery

Proof of Delivery

Proof of Delivery (POD) is a document or electronic record confirming that the shipment has been successfully delivered to the recipient or consignee at the specified destination. This proof typically includes details such as the date and time of delivery, the recipient's signature, and sometimes other relevant information such as the condition of the goods upon delivery.

The POD serves as evidence that the shipment has reached its intended destination and has been received by the authorized party.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after delivery for your POD to be digitized and available.

We made it easier for you to download or retrieve the POD directly through your Deftship account. Click HERE to learn more.
